As a part of Student Technical Activities Body, GoMyno, the coding club of IIT Goa has always encouraged students to join the coding community. Along with various events and workshops held regularly, many hackathons and coding competitions like Game of Codes, etc are organised by the club.
The aim of the club is to build a strong coding culture among the passionate students of the institute so that they can get assistance and enhance their coding ability.
We believe in learning through collaboration, challenges, and practical applications. Our regular meetups, coding sessions, and competitions create an environment where creativity and technical skills flourish.
Our Events
CodeRush is the ultimate test of speed, skill, and precision in a high-stakes 1v1 coding battle. Each round is a knockout, where participants face off against a single opponent to solve a Codeforces-style problem rated between 800-1200. The first to crack the problem and pass all test cases moves forward—hesitate for even a moment, and you're out. No second chances, no lifelines—just raw coding prowess. Do you have what it takes to outthink, outcode, and outlast the competition?
GoMyno conducted its orientation, introducing students to the world of algorithmic problem-solving and competitive programming. The session covered the club's activities, coding contests, and roadmap for mastering competitive coding. New members got insights into strategies, platforms like Codeforces and CodeChef, and how to level up their skills. The event set the stage for an exciting journey into the world of coding battles and problem-solving excellence.
